We
ship orders within three days of receiving payment. We ship via
Xpresspost within Canada and small packet air when shipping orders to
the United States.
Shipping
Shipping
is $10.00 in Canada. We ship using Express Post which provides a
tracking number and insurance and provides quick delivery. Contact us
for shipping rates to the U.S. or other international
locations. These prices include delivery confirmation and
insurance for up to $100 CAD. For an additional cost, you can
purchase more insurance.
If
you are able to pick up your order, we will waive shipping and
handling charges.
Payment
Options
We
accept payment through PayPal® or money order. If you are
unfamiliar with or new to PayPal®, click
here.
You do not need to create an ongoing account to pay using PayPal®.

Repairs
Inner
Journeys by Design works hard to ensure your jewellery is well-made.
However if your item requires repairs, we will be glad to do so for a
minimal charge. The charge includes shipping, labour, and materials.

Returns
If
for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may
return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete
refund (shipping not included). Please contact us at
info@innerjourneys.ca
or (780)-709-7544 to arrange for returns. Returns must be well packed
and insured. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Inner
Journeys by Design is not responsible for returned items lost in the
mail.
